Well folks, like it, love it or hate it, the Love Street and Inlet Village project is officially moving forward!
Jupiter Town Council voted 3-to-2 on Tuesday, June 7th 2016 in favor of the hotly debated project.
For those unfamiliar with the area, Love Street sits west of the popular Square Grouper Tiki Bar, south west of the Jupiter Inlet Colony.
The full meeting notes can be read here.
As displayed in the approved renderings below, the development will have a small fishing town vibe while maintaining the low-key vibe that aligns with the respect for the heritage and natural assets of our Jupiter inlet.
The Jupiter Inlet Village will offer a pedestrian and bike friendly area with a marketplace that will include two waterfront restaurants, a small café, 15,000 square feet of office space, and 20,000 square feet of shops.
Construction on the 4-acre, $30 million waterfront development will begin late fall / early winter 2016 with a 3-phased approach. The goal is to be completed in late 2017.
We spent many evenings attending the preliminary discussions, town hall meetings, and community open houses featuring this project, and we are so excited to see completed development.
Please let us know if you have any questions about Love Street!! We care deeply about this project and would love to talk to you about it.
